About Survivor Healthcare
Survivor Healthcare is a telehealth clinic dedicated to improving the quality of life for people with cancer by elevating the standard of care they receive throughout their treatment and survivorship. We bridge the treatment gap between primary care providers and oncologists, offering virtual, evidence-based treatment and support.
Working with us means the ability to work with and learn from a multidisciplinary team of experts in oncology, occupational therapy, mental health, nutrition, and translational research.
About You
Survivor Healthcare seeks a part-time social worker who is passionate about working with cancer survivors to achieve their health goals. We work in a fast-paced environment, and the right candidate will need to be adaptable, self-sufficient, and great with patients.

Requirements
Work Environment: Survivor Healthcare believes all executives and employees should achieve maximum wellness. To this end, work hours are designed to accommodate family, leisure, and recreation pursuits.
Physical Requirements: Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer and other basic office equipment. Requires frequent sitting and bending and occasional walking and standing.
